Gerald began as a realtor in 1989 and went into real estate full time in 1992 after serving in the Marine Corps. Success followed and so did books, real estate courses, and teaching investing nationwide at events with Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Suze Orman and others.
Then after logging well over 100K air miles in just one year Gerald grew tired of “guru circuit” and returned to Phoenix where he chooses to quietly build his real estate business and future.
Gerald continues to teach (on a limited basis) and attend real estate and investment seminars. Gerald is respected for his systematic approach to real estate and is best known for software that automates the real estate business.
